The fit evaluation is a free, no-obligation 10–15 minute conversation with a human. We assess: the problem and its observable trigger, whether SPNORTH credibly fits, the responsible owner, urgency and the next decision, and the most proportionate next step.
It is not free consulting and excludes: architecture, detailed recommendations, requirements/backlog creation, regulatory/legal interpretation, estimates, proposal/SOW, solution design and written deliverables. Possible exit states: no fit (stated respectfully), transparent referral with consent, a relevant ungated public resource, a recommendation for a paid diagnostic, or scoped follow-up.
